Ambassador Litzenberger was delighted to greet this year’s class of the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program as they prepare to depart for their year studying at high schools located all across the United States. Ambassador Litzenberger explained to the 20 participants that the Embassy is counting on them to explain Azerbaijan to Americans and – after a year, when they have returned – to explain American culture and values to their fellow Azerbaijanis.
