The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for language training services at the U.S. Embassy Baku.

Your proposal must be emailed only to with a copy to on or before June 21, 2022, 6:00 PM, Local Time. No proposal will be accepted after this time.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

Item #1, Pricing

Item #4, Listing and samples of Contractor Furnished Property

Documents listed in Section 3, Solicitation Provisions, and Section 5, Offeror Representation and Certifications.

Please do not compress your quotations using ZIP, RAR or any other software. Also do not send video files The U.S. Embassy servers will not accept these files.

Dear Prospective Vendors,

The Embassy of The United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for catering services for the celebration of Independence Day to be held on July 1, 2022 at the Embassy Compound.

Please find attached a Statement of Work (SOW) with all the information necessary for your quotes; as well as Clauses for Purchase Orders exceeding USD 10,000.00 and SF1449 form.

Please submit your quotations to BAKUBIDBOX@STATE.GOV and CC-ed to BAKUBIDBOX@GMAIL.COM no later than 11:00 a.m. on May 30, 2022. No quotations will be accepted after the mentioned date and time.

An organized site visit will be held on May 18, 2022, at 11:00 at the U.S. Embassy Baku, 111 Azadlig Ave. In order to take part in the site visit, prospective quoters should arrange access to the premises by e-mailing the names of the visitors and contact phone numbers to my e-mail address ( no later than 15:00 on May 17, 2022. No one will be allowed to enter the premises without prior notification and approval.

Award will be made to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price and feedback from technical evaluation panel.

The offeror /quoter can provide the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources needed to perform the work.

The U.S. Embassy intends to award the contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions if there is a need to do so.

Invoice Payment:  Payment will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR32.9 “Prompt Payment” within 30 calendar days after services provision and receiving of the proper invoice(s).

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not commit the U.S. Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.
