The U.S. Embassy Baku would like to procure uniforms for Local Guard Force.

Attached files are: SF-18 form, continuation to SF-18 form with the list of uniforms, brand name justification and FAR clauses applicable to this procurement.

The items must be of the brand and models mentioned in Continuation to SF-18 2020.xlsx file.

All the items shall be brand new.

All the items must be consolidated and dispatched in one shipment within 45 days after the award;

The contractor must be able to change incorrect item(s) promptly and free of charge. However, if the item(s) is incorrect due to the Embassy’s fault (eg. wrong size) the Embassy will cover the transportation cost.

Your quotation must state the items in the same sequence as they are stated in the attachment to SF-18 form. If you don’t have some items, please do not delete lines but put 0 (zero) in the quantity column. The preference for the award will be given to contractors capable of providing all the required items.

The U.S. Embassy Baku may cancel the RFQ or any part of it.

You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quoter.

The U.S. Embassy Baku reserves the right to reject quotes that are unreasonably low or high in price.

Your quote must include cost of the merchandise and shipping to the U.S. Despatch Agency at: Ikun, LLC – Baku, 2801 Route 130 Unit 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.

Please submit your quotation no later than August 3, 2020 10:00AM Eastern. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

The U.S. Embassy Baku has a requirement for 3 (three) Pickup Vehicles. SF1449 form with the vehicles specifications and Federal Acquisitions Regulations Clauses  are attached. (embed the attached files hear)

The vehicles must be brand new;

The delivery point is CIF Baku;

The U.S. Embassy Baku may cancel the RFQ or any part of it;

The payment currency will be either AZN or USD, and the U.S. Government will transfer funds from overseas.

The U.S. Embassy Baku has a need for  fall protection 42″ railings with the following specifications:

223 meters of 1m centres AllenkeyGuardTM (or equal with the same or higher specifications) Free Standing Roof Edge Protection Permanent Protection System incorporating 15 corners;

The system shall be easy to install, no welding or hot work permit must be required;

The system shall not penetrate roof membrane;

The system must be modular;

The system must have standard permanent option with counterweights on every post;

The system must be OSHA 1910 and 1926 compliant & ANSI compliant, ASCE7-10 design wind load.

Federal Acquisitions Regulations Clauses applicable for the procurement are attached.

Dear Quoter,

The U.S. Embassy Baku has a requirement for income tax withholding calculations, reporting and advisory services for locally employed staff. For your convenience we have provided the RFQ and cover letter in a “Word” file in addition to the RFQ in PDF. and SF1449 TaxCalculations . If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of theattached document, and submit it to the email addresses noted in this cover letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

SF-1449 (blocks 17, 23-24 and 30).  Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for the base year

and all the option years;

Section 1, The Schedule, Total Price for 1 base and 4 option years;

Section 5, Representations and Certifications;

Information required in Section 3.
