Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt and his team enjoyed a very productive meeting with President Aliyev this morning. The two discussed Oklahoma and Azerbaijan’s long-standing partnership and how they can widen it to include new fields. Thanks to the Governor’s gift of a custom-made, Oklahoma cowboy hat, President Aliyev looks like he’s ready to visit the Sooner State.
