Oklahoma’s friendship with Azerbaijan grew new roots in 2019 with the Oklahoma-Azerbaijan Agricultural Forum. Today, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt and Secretary of Agriculture Blayne Arthur met with Azerbaijani Minister of Agriculture Inam Karimov to explore new ways to help Oklahoma’s and Azerbaijan’s farmers learn from each other and work together.
